FBT Workbench is an internal order-processing application used by Flamingo Bag Tags, operated by Blue Ridge Business Resources, Inc. This policy explains how FBT Workbench accesses, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through eBay.
Information We Access
FBT Workbench may access information associated with orders placed through eBay, including:
• Buyer name and eBay account identifier
• Shipping address
• Order number and order date
• Purchased items, quantities, and prices
• Shipping charges, taxes, fees, discounts, and order totals
• Payment, cancellation, refund, and fulfillment status
We do not collect or store eBay account passwords.
How We Use Information
We use this information only as necessary to:
• Process and fulfill eBay orders
• Create shipping envelopes and packing slips
• Confirm order, payment, cancellation, refund, and fulfillment status
• Provide customer service and resolve order-related issues
• Maintain records required for accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes
• Diagnose and improve the reliability of our internal order-processing system
Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information obtained through eBay.
Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to fulfill an order, provide customer service, comply with eBay requirements, work with shipping or operational service providers, comply with applicable law, or protect the rights and security of our business and customers.
Storage and Security
Order information is stored on business-controlled systems and is not intentionally placed in publicly accessible source-code repositories. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect customer information and application credentials from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Retention and Deletion
We retain order information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer service, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. Records are deleted manually when they are no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.
When eBay informs us that a user has requested account closure or deletion of personal information, we will delete information associated with that user unless retention is required for a specific legal obligation.
Authorization and Access
FBT Workbench accesses eBay information only after the applicable eBay seller account authorizes the application. That authorization may be revoked through the seller’s eBay account settings for third-party application access.
Revoking access prevents future API access but does not automatically remove records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may contact us to request review or deletion of information, subject to applicable requirements.
Third-Party Services
Use of eBay and information maintained by eBay are also governed by eBay’s own User Agreement and Privacy Notice. This policy applies only to information accessed and processed by FBT Workbench.

We may update this policy when our practices, application capabilities, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.
