Personalization
Free back-side personalization is included with every bag tag. Please proofread names, phone numbers, email addresses and all other personalization carefully before submitting your order. Your tag will be printed using the information you provide.
If you order a blank tag, you can add information later with a paint pen, permanent marker or printed label. Paint pens generally provide the most durable handwritten result; allow the ink to dry completely before use.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, including on personalized bag tags. If you are not completely satisfied, return your bag tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Customers pay return postage. There is no restocking fee. Please contact us for return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 days after we receive your return.
If your order arrives with a printing error or manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement.

How to Attach Your Bag Tag
- Insert one end of the clear loop through the slot in the bag tag.
- Insert the free end of the loop through the other end and gently pull tight.
- Pass the free end around a handle on your bag.
- Pass the bag tag through the free end and gently pull tight.
